Dogwood/Azalea Walk and Iris Garden

This garden has borders of more than 225 feet of brightly coloured, fragrant azaleas sheltered by dogwood trees, interspersed with peonies.  A collection of irises, including Siberian, bearded and Japanese, as well as the late winter reticulata hybrids is also part of this garden.

In mid-summer, it changes into tones of blue, silver, and rose provided by agapanthus, clematis, lavenders, and dieramas.  The azalea leaves change from green to shades of red and purple in autumn with highlights of asters, salvias, and nerines.
